Our standard diagnostic fee is $150. If Auto Rx completes the diagnosed repair, a $50 credit—equivalent to 0.5 labor hour—is applied to the repair.

What to expect when working with Auto Rx.
Vehicle emergency?
Do not drive with unsafe brakes, a fuel leak, smoke or fire, severe overheating, an oil-pressure warning, or a flashing Check Engine light with severe shaking. Shut the vehicle off in a safe location. Call 911 for immediate danger; otherwise call Auto Rx or roadside assistance.
Your approval first
Repair work begins only after you approve the estimate.
Vehicle pickup
Completed vehicles must be picked up within seven days of notification. Beginning on day eight, a storage fee of $55 per day applies.
Payment
Cash and major cards are accepted. Card payments are processed securely through Square. Checks are not accepted.
Towing
Towing starts at $100. Final pricing depends on distance.
Customer-supplied parts
Customers may supply parts only with prior approval from the mechanic. Customer-supplied parts are not covered by an Auto Rx parts or labor warranty.
