Privacy Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

This policy explains how Auto Rx collects, uses, and protects information submitted through autorx606.com. By using the website or submitting an appointment request, you acknowledge these practices.

Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, vehicle year, make, model, mileage, symptoms, warning lights, repair history, and other notes about your vehicle. Appointment scheduling through the linked Google booking calendar is handled separately and is subject to Google’s privacy practices.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to appointment requests, communicate about your vehicle, prepare for diagnosis or service, provide estimates and repairs, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the security of our website and operations. We do not sell your personal information.

Form and email processing

Appointment submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to Auto Rx by email. Formspree may process contact information, submission content, and technical information needed to operate and secure its service. Its handling of that information is also governed by the Formspree Privacy Policy.

Payment processing

Auto Rx uses Square to process card payments. Payment-card information is submitted to and processed by Square, not through the Auto Rx appointment form. Square may collect transaction, device, contact, and fraud-prevention information as described in the Square Privacy Notice for customers. Auto Rx may retain transaction records, receipts, and limited customer information needed for accounting, service records, disputes, and legal obligations.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help host the website, process forms, deliver email, or support our business. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, or to establish or defend legal rights. We do not share appointment information for unrelated third-party marketing.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact Auto Rx to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through the appointment form.
